If you are unhappy with your purchase I will happily exchange the piece for something that you will love, or offer credit towards something new. All Purchases are final sale and refunds will not be offered. 

All products are made to last a lifetime, so if you receive a product that does not meet that standard please contact me via email and we will discuss our options. 

I am not responsible for any damages caused by mistreatment of product. If for some reason your product breaks because of problems with craftsmanship I will happily repair the item.

If you need a item exchanged or repaired you will be responsible for paying shipping fees. All exchanges and repairs must be sent in a box with padding inside of a padded envelope. I am not responsible for damages caused by poor shipping prep.
